Shape and Comfort

Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 (GPX2) is often considered a safer, more universal shape that accommodates various grip styles due to its central and rounded hump. Users note it provides more stability and a fuller palm feel, making it suitable for palm or hybrid grips. "GPX2 if you really like the shape of the superlight. Neither isn’t necessarily much better than the other tbh".
Razer Viper V3 Pro features a shape optimized for claw grip, with a mid-hump and a back that slopes down. Some Users experience hand cramps with the Viper V3 Pro's shape, especially if they are used to the GPX, while others find it less uncomfortable in all aspects. "Its all about the shape. I have both on my desk and prefer the Viper V3 over the GPX2 while for ergos I prefer the Dex over the DAv4. There is no better option, just different shapes.".

Performance and Features

Both mice offer excellent performance for gaming, with Users agreeing that modern high-end mice have great specs and that the choice often comes down to shape. "Both a great at all the things you listed. Just pick a shape you like these days. Almost all mice have great specs.".
Razer Viper V3 Pro generally has better side buttons and stock skates compared to the GPX2. "Viper has better side buttons and stock skates but that’s pretty much it. Everything else is subjective.".

Users have experienced issues with both brands, with some GPX models developing double-click issues and mushy side buttons, while others found the Viper V3 Pro to be very durable with no creaking or flex. "had 2 gpx 1 and a gpx2, got tired of double clicks developing and mushy side buttons so i got a viper v3 and the mouse has been solid so far.".

I prefer almost everything about the Razer Viper V4 Pro over the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2, including the overall shape, lower weight, build quality, clicks, and stock feet. However, one major thing bothers me: the aggressive front flare right where I rest my ring finger. It genuinely hurts my performance because it messes with my micro-adjustments. On top of that, I highly prefer a more forward sensor placement. Is there a mouse out there that captures the general profile of the Viper but features a straight front design without that flare?

I tried the lamzu maya X but it is just a little bit to small and i had sensor problem with my copy

Anyone tried the RAWM Leviathan V4?

i bought like 7 mice, all top of the line, to find my endgame after playing for gpx 1 for many years. After all the things i tried, i'm waiting on the arrival of a superlight 2 and most likely box all the others and selling them.

There's no other thing like staying consistent on one shape

Right now I have a Logitech G Pro X Superlight 1 and I don’t know whether I should stick with Logitech or get the Razer. What do you think? Which is the better option?

I would just continue using the gpx1. Gpx 2 isnt really worth the upgrade in my opinion if you already have a good functioning gpx1. Viper v3 is a good mouse but I would only get it if you think you’d like the shape

I personally prefer the shape of the GPX2 and the battery life it has. Viper v3 is more so for those who claw grip. GPX is an all around shape and can suit more grip styles including claw but viper is better for claw. People telling you one is miles ahead the other are just being biased(superlight is also very hated), I own both and each one has its own advantage, one isn’t all that much better than the other.

Viper has better side buttons and stock skates but that’s pretty much it. Everything else is subjective. GPX is also the most used mouse amongst CS pros

Which one do I buy? I know nothing about Mouses, it will be my first one. I did some research and figured that these are the two best mice but am confused on which one to pick? What do yall think ? I am planning on using this mouse for gaming Fortnite mainly. I am switching from controller to kbm hence why I’m buying

Im using a Viper V3 Pro with Jade Dots on an Artisan Hayate Otsu V2: Mid and I absolutely love my setup.

Personally not a fan of Logitech gear, so im biased but this config feels incredible. Playing Valorant on it as I type this.

Viper if you want more in hand/finger movement and GPX if you prefer more stability and a more filling palm.

Both a great at all the things you listed. Just pick a shape you like these days. Almost all mice have great specs.

Neither one, honestly. If you have the budget for a Superlight 2 or a Viper V3, a WLmouse Beast X Max is actually preferable assuming you have large hands and use a claw grip

I prefer the shape of the gpx2 and it's battery life other than that the vv3 pro is solid

I play only fps games, valorant mainly but then other fps games like counter strike, overwatch etc aswell, my grip style is relaxed claw grip and currently im using razer viper 8khz, but its shape doesnt really go well with my grip at all, due to the curvy side it feels really uncomfortable, but i do like razer top end tech specs so got it at first without considering the shape which was a big mistake but after using it for a long time now gonna get a new mouse so wanted to get a good shape mouse that would perfectly suit my grip style and also top end tech specs in esports level, I liked gpx 2 but viper v3 pro seems much better due to all its tech features but im not sure if v3 pro gonna match my grip style or not so wanted suggestions on which mouse to get among these two and if not among these two then suggest a mouse that would perfectly suit my grip style and also got the top end esports level specs under 175$ budget, im tired of playing with mice that doesnt feel comfortable with my gripstyle...

Which one should i buy ive been doing lots of research but can't decide my hands is around 19 cms and i have a claw grip

GPX2 if you really like the shape of the superlight. Neither isn’t necessarily much better than the other tbh

What one is a better shape for you?

That one.

Why do you want to change your current mice? What exactly is wrong with it or what aspect makes you dislike it?

Its all about the shape. I have both on my desk and prefer the Viper V3 over the GPX2 while for ergos I prefer the Dex over the DAv4. There is no better option, just different shapes.

The safest option is the Superlight 2. It’s the safest option and the safest industry option. Unless there is something about the size or shape of the Razer Viper V3 Pro that you like more than the Superlight, you should just go with the Superlight.

But, I’ll offer another suggestion as well that I think is better. Find the mouse that is best for you. This may take some trial and error, but in the end it’s worth it. There is a mouse out there that is perfect for you.

The Superlight and the Viper V3 are good for everyone, but perfect for basically no one. Tons of mice out there that perform just as good as the Logitech and Razar, but that could be perfect for you. These would give you that “locked-in” feeling. That feeling is what you want in those tense 1v1 gun fights and stuff like that.

There is no bad option, so you’ll be good no matter what. Good luck!

Go for the one that's cheaper and has a shape you prefer.

Logitech Superlight 2 VS Viper V3? Which one should I get?

I currently have a Superlight 2 but sadly the left click switch broke on it so I need to get another mouse. I was thinking of just getting the old reliable but considering I only had this mouse for a year and it broke after a small drop off my desk I’m not so sure if I want to get another one. Absolutely loved the feel and performance of the Superlight but I’ve heard the Viper V3 is very similar and is currently on sale for the same price. Is the Viper V3 more durable? I’ve also heard some people prefer the shape of the Superlights back hump but I usually grip the mouse fairly far back so I’m thinking maybe I wouldn’t notice the difference? For context I mainly just snipe on cod so I need my mouse to be good for flicks, trackings not as important to me. Let me know your thoughts and suggestions
