About For Users

For Users turns the real questions people ask in online communities into clear, readable guides. Instead of digging through long threads, you get the useful answer written up in plain language, with the key points, common mistakes and quick tips pulled to the top.

What we do

Every day people ask practical questions — which wallet is safest, how to fix a setting, what to buy, how something works. The best community answers are genuinely helpful but hard to find and harder to read. We collect those questions and publish a tidy, skimmable guide for each one, organised by topic so you can browse or search 509 and growing.

How our articles are made

Each guide starts from a real community question and the answers people gave it. We use AI to draft the write-up, then apply a strict set of editorial rules: state points directly, add nothing that wasn't in the source, no hype, no invented facts, names or numbers. The result is meant to read like a helpful person explaining the topic, not a wall of forum replies. Cover images and infographics are generated to illustrate each guide.

Topics we cover

Accuracy and freshness

Guides are grounded in the community source material and are re-published and updated as topics change, so the information stays current. If something looks wrong or out of date, we want to fix it.
