If you're wondering why Batman Part II is still here because this is made before they announced it was delayed further next year or beyond that.
2027 will have movies for Spider-Man, Superman, and Batman, who are generally considered the top 3 most popular and best selling superheroes.
Each one of them are sequels to well regarded movies. Beyond the Spider-Verse has a lot of hype after the cliffhanger ending of Across. Superman had an uphill battle after the failure of the DCEU, but came out on top at the end, and Man of Tomorrow will likely see an increase now.
The Batman Part II has taken a while, but the first movie has gained enough of a following that it should increase as long as it’s as well received.
Avengers: Secret Wars will most certainly be the biggest superhero movie of 2027 as long as Doomsday is well received, so which of these three movies is most likely to take the #2 spot?
I think one thing Man of Tomorrow will have in its favour is momentum. It’s coming only two years after the first one while Spider-Man and Batman are four and five years respectively. There could also be concerns that it is being rushed, but I think it’s fine as long as Gunn has been working on the script since before the first movie came out.

Getting Ghost Rider before Blade and Shang-Chi 2 seems criminal....
We're no longer in the experimental phases of 4 and 5. This screams "stop messing around and make money" phase.

Spiderverse is two of my favorite superhero movies so I must get the finale.
